In fulfilling the duties established by law, the national supervisory authority elaborated and draws attention to the draft of a new DECISION on the approval of the investigation procedure.

Regarding the text of the draft of this normative decision, opinions may be submitted within 10 days of the present announcement, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 52/2003 on decisional transparency in public administration, republished.
