41^st EDPB Plenary

During the European Data Protection Board Plenary, held remotely on the 9^th and on the 10^th of November 2020 the following documents were adopted:

• Recommendations 1/2020 on measures that supplement transfer tools to ensure compliance with the EU level of protection of personal data, following the Decision of the Court of Justice of European Union in Schrems Case, (link document)
• Recommendations 2/2020 on the European Essential Guarantees for surveillance measures, in connection to the transfer activity, document with a complementary role (link document)
• The first decision pursuant to Article 65 of the GDPR regarding the draft decision of the Irish DPA on Twitter International.
