The on-line filling in of the form concerning the data protection officer

We draw the attention of all controllers and processors on the need to fill in the ON-LINE form of the declaration of the Data Protection Officer on the Authority’s website under the section “Data Protection Officer”.

In this context, we inform you that pursuant to provisions of Article 37 (7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the controller or processor shall communicate the contact details of the data protection officer to the supervisory authority.
