Decision no. 20 from 24^th of June 2021

The National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing has issued Decision no. 20 from 24^th of June 2021 on the approval of the additional requirements for the accreditation of the certification bodies based on Article 43 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

This has been published within the Romanian Official Journal no. 689 from 12^th of July, 2021, Part I and has entered into force as of its publication. Through this decision there are established, based on Article 43 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the additional requirements for the accreditation of the certification bodies.
